Create and manage your competitions from start to finish

Create your account and choose your plan

Sign up on DanceScore as an organizer and subscribe to a plan (Organizer at 499€/year or Federation at 1 299€/year). The Federation plan offers unlimited circuits, unlimited dance styles, and regional pole management.

Set up your competition

Enter your event details: name, date, venue, description. Choose dance styles (Hip-Hop, Contemporary, Jazz...) and create your categories (age, level, solo/duo/group format).

Set your pricing and scoring system

Set your own registration fees per format. Connect your Stripe account to receive payments. Choose the scoring mode (Classic, AOS, or Battle) and customize your scoring criteria.

Invite your judges

Add judges to your competition by email. They will receive an invitation and can access the scoring interface from their tablet or phone on the day of the event. You can assign specific criteria to each judge.

Open registrations

Set your competition status to 'Open'. Dancers can register online, choose their category, submit their choreography, and pay directly on the platform.

Manage the big day

Use QR check-in to welcome dancers at the door. Manage backstage with Backstage Live. Start the rounds, judges score from their devices, and rankings are calculated automatically. Stream live with the OBS overlay.

Sign up for free. Fill in your profile: first name, last name, city, date of birth, photo. Your profile will be visible in the dancer directory.

Browse upcoming competitions on DanceScore. Filter by dance style, date, city. View details: venue, categories, pricing, available spots.

Register online

Choose your dance style and category (format, level, age). For Classic mode, submit your music choreography. Pay securely online via Stripe.

Show up on the big day

Upon arrival, show your QR code to the front desk staff. You're checked in with a single scan. Follow your performance order from the Backstage. When it's your turn, take the stage!

After the competition, access your detailed scores criterion by criterion, your ranking, and judge comments directly on the platform. Find your competition history in your profile.

Receive an invitation

The organizer invites you as a judge for their competition. You receive an email with a link to accept. If you don't have a DanceScore account yet, you can create one for free.

Review the scoring criteria

Before the competition, review the scoring criteria set by the organizer. Each criterion has a weight and a scoring scale. You may have specific criteria assigned to your role.

Score from your device

On the day of the event, log in from your tablet or phone. The scoring interface displays the current dancer. Score criterion by criterion, add comments and penalties if needed.

Answers to the most common questions

How much does DanceScore cost?

DanceScore is free for dancers and judges. Organizers subscribe to an annual plan: 499€/year (Organizer plan) or 1 299€/year (Federation plan). The organizer receives 100% of the registration fees paid by dancers.

What scoring modes are available?

DanceScore offers 3 modes: Classic (individual scoring after each performance), AOS - All On Stage (comparing multiple dancers on stage at the same time), and Battle (round-based matchups with votes). The organizer chooses the mode per category.

How do judges score?

Judges log in from their tablet or phone. They see the current dancer and score criterion by criterion on a scale set by the organizer. They can add penalties and comments.

How does registration payment work?

The organizer connects their Stripe account and sets their registration fees. During registration, the dancer pays online via Stripe Checkout. The organizer receives their funds directly in their Stripe account via Stripe Connect.

Can I organize a free competition?

Absolutely. If you don't set any registration fees, dancers register for free and no fees are charged. Stripe payment is only required for paid registrations.

Is QR code check-in mandatory?

No, it's optional. If you enable check-in, a unique code is generated and staff can scan dancers' QR codes at the entrance. Otherwise, you can manage check-in however you prefer.
